I. The head judge will be your contact person. If you have not heard from your head judge one week prior to your tryout, email Spirit Event Coordinators.
II. With the excess number of events being conducted in your area, you are not guaranteed to have ethnic backgrounds or gender in which you have requested. However, Spirit Event Coordinators will strive to honor your requests.
III. With judges being independent contractors, Spirit Event Coordinators is not liable for incidents, if any should occur, during or after your tryout. The judges will be objective according to the requirements or materials (i.e. score sheets) presented to them by your school. For the judge’s privacy and protection, Spirit Event Coordinators will not disclose any personal information to the public after the tryout, with the exception of officials from your school.
IV. Changes and Cancellation Policy
In order to cancel your request for judges, send an email no later than 48 hours prior to your tryout. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the payment amount. Submit any changes at least 48 hours prior to your tryout date.
V. PAYMENT INFORMATION
SEC requests payment in advance of services. Failure to submit Payment or PO Number may result in cancellation of judges. A $50 late fee will be added to all unpaid invoices one month after the event.
We will email your invoice to you once your tryout has been staffed.

- TRYOUTS (Cheerleading, Dance/Drill Team) - Prices are per school
Judge Initial Fee: $125.00 per judge
For each additional team: $50.00 per judge
If the tryout runs over 2 hours per team, you will be charged an additional $25 per judge/hour.
Mascot tryouts are no charge! Please limit skits to one minute.
Mileage will be charged for one car at the rate of $0.50 per mile for judging panels travelling further than 40 miles one way.
**If you specifically request a judging panel that is further than 40 miles (one way) from your location, you will be charged mileage for each of the judges on your panel.
**If you would like to utilize one judging panel for your high school teams and middle school teams, we can accomodate you! Please make a note of this arrangement in the notes section as these will be billed as two separate events**
- Competition Routine Feedback Session
Initial Fee: $250.00 per routine
For each additional routine: $100.00
Competition Routine Feedback Sessions are scheduled for 3 hours per routine
Mileage will be charged for consultants at the rate of $0.50 per mile if travelling further than 40 miles one way.
- Clinic Instructors - Prices are per school
Instructor Initial Fee: $200.00 per day for up to three hours
For each additional day: $100.00 per additional day up to three hours
**If your instructor drives over 40 miles one way, mileage will be charged at the rate of $0.50 per mile.
- Competitions (Cheerleading, Dance/Drill Team)
Judge Initial Fee: $150.00 per judge
If the event runs over 2 hours, you will be charged an additional $25 per judge/hour.
**If your judges are driving over 40 miles one way, mileage will be charged for one car at the rate of $0.50 per mile.
- Beauty Pageants - Prices are per event
Judge Initial Fee: $150.00 per judge
If the event runs over 2 hours, you will be charged an additional $25 per judge/hour.
