	I agree to follow the rules and regulations set by Spirit Event Coordinators (SEC). I have read and understand the guidelines of the judge and head judge. I understand I can not discuss the tryout with anyone prior, during, or after the event. I will perform these services to the best of my ability with no influence from any outside or biased opinion. I will assume all responsibility as a fully insured driver to and from any event that SEC has contracted. I will not judge any tryout in which I have relatives, friends, or have previously been affiliated through gymnastics instruction, camps, or other cheerleading/dance related activities. I can not solicit privately any school or team, which I have been in contact with through SEC in order to provide similar services. I will arrive thirty minutes early and act professionally during each tryout. I have read and adhere to the above guidelines as stated in this contract.
